Born and raised in Florida, Leah has been playing piano since the age of 8. A cum laude graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Piano Performance and Music Education. She has taught chorus, orchestra, piano and guitar for 6 years at Bonita Springs Middle and chorus for 1 year at Estero High. Leah has been accompanying instrumentalists, vocalists and choirs since middle school at the middle, high, collegiate and professional level at competitions, weddings and public events. She has been volunteering, or on staff as a church pianist since the age of 14 at various locations. She has been in church bands playing piano, electric bass, and leading worship.
Leah has performed with the Charlotte Symphony and the group Il Divo, including Lea Salonga for various concerts. Leah has performed with the national tours of Wicked, Peter Pan, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, The Little Mermaid, The King and I, and Les Miserables. Leah is currently the worship leader for the contemporary service Oasis, at Zion Lutheran in Fort Myers. Along with piano Leah enjoys playing guitar, bass guitar, violin, ukulele and clarinet. If she is not playing an instrument or teaching, Leah is at her gym where she is a certified Krav Maga Level I instructor and a purple belt in Gracie Jiu- Jitsu, from Gracie Humaita.
